As much as I am not a big fan of Facebook, I think websites that require Facebook authentication before posting (and then publish your comment with your real name) generally end up with much better discussion and much less trolling. Sure, there are plenty of dumb people out there, but I think being forced to put your name publicly to something creates an accountability that makes people/their comments much nicer.
