Thank you for writing these articles. Most people consider all people the same but you don’t. I think it is necessary for everyone to find their own way, because every person is different. Some people can do without meat and others can’t. I think food is VERY personal. I could not live without chocolate, just a small piece in the morning, but that is my feel-good. Losing weight goes very slow for me, two pounds a month or so, but there is no need to hurry ! Thanks again. Might I suggest you gather your articles in a paper book ?
