How to install the elevator (thirteen)?Assembly of Car

Assembly of Car
Car, as a box body, is used for transporting passengers or goods.
The car must be assembled according to the successive program.
The assembly of the car must meet the company’s installation requirements on components.
If the assembling problem of the car is more serious, the ideal state can not be reached through local adjustment, because the levelness of the car bottom can not be confirmed when the car bottom bears load. Therefore, the car must be assembled according to the steps, and installation quality must be strictly controlled.
Assembly of the car of a sightseeing elevator please refers to operational guidance document in the packing box.
13.1 Move the car bottom components in the well, put them on the lower beam and preliminarily fix them, if there is a clearance on the connector of the car bottom support frame and the car frame, it must be padded by a shim. The clearances of the car bottom and the two straight beams should be kept consistent. As shown in figure 13–1.

13.2 Mount the car door sills, adjust relevant sizes according to the requirements of the figure, and mount the diagonal members according to the requirements of the figure. As shown in figure 13–2.

13.3 Mount the toe guard of the upper car door, repair and make the car bottom components and the counterweight device level, add right amount of counterweight blocks (generally about 10) according to the specification of the car or the decoration condition of the car bottom, and mount the counterweight block pressing plate! Then repair the car bottom components and run to the bottom layer; move the car top to the well, jack up the car top, bind them on the upper beam temporarily for fixation by iron wire or ropes, as shown in figure 13–3.

13.4 Assemble the car wall on each side at the bottom layer, as shown in figure 13–4.
When specially-decorated car walls are assembled, please refer to the operational guidance document in the packing box, as well as other relevant information!
The whole car wall is required to be flat; particularly the mirror board can be adjusted through shimming the connecting bolts between the car walls.

1. Protective film on the shaded area in the figure should be torn off before assembling each car wall;
2. The height difference of two assembled car walls should be less than or equal to 0.3;
3. All bolts for assembling the car walls should be totally screwed up to avoid wind noise because of air leakage;
4. The step on the lower end of the car wall should be less than or equal to 0.3.
13.5 Move the car wall assembled on one side to the well and put it on the car bottom, preliminarily screw up the bolts; preliminarily fix car walls on other sides in the same method, and pre-fix the car wall on each side; mount the front wall and the head casing. As shown in figure 13–5.

1. There is a 5mm step between the head casing and the front wall;
2. Car walls on each side should be preliminarily fixed, and should be comprehensively screwed up after adjustment;
3. Car walls and car bottoms should be preliminarily fixed, and should be comprehensively screwed up after adjustment.
13.6 Mount car top components, and preliminarily fix them on the car wall, as shown in figure 13–6.
Note: at this time, the car walls and the car top can be finely adjusted!

The car top components and the car walls should be preliminarily fixed, and should be comprehensively screwed up after adjustment.
13.7 Comprehensively adjust relevant sizes of the car according to requirements. As shown in figure 13–7.
Note: this process must be rechecked for several times, after adjustment, the phenomenon that bolts are not fastened or missed to fasten is not allowed.

1. Net door height JJ error should be less than or equal to 1;
2. Net door height HH error should be less than or equal to 1;
3. Net doorway diagonal error should be less than or equal to 2;
4. Net width AA error in the car should be less than or equal to 2;
5. Net depth BB error in the car should be less than or equal to 2;
6. Diagonal error in the car should be less than or equal to 3;
7. The perpendicularity of the car wall should be less than or equal to 1/1000;
8. Screw up all bolts after adjusting sizes.
13.8 After adjustment, snap-gauge components should be fixed at the car top, a clearance about 0.5mm must be left between rubber and straight beam. As shown in figure 13–8.
Note: It is strictly prohibited to regard car top snap-gauges as straightening tools.
