Culture

Exactly! Without a doubt the trappings of workplace vibe fall away during success, during struggle, during change.

I’ve always thought of culture as the way we have come to expect each other to act, react and respond to one another.

For whatever organization you’re in, I’d imagine you have a gut level expectation about how things would go down.

For example, how do you expect your team to react to a lack of knowledge or clarity?

What would you expect people to say to you if you made a big mistake?

How will you colleagues react to your enthusiasm? Your confusion? Your certainty?

Irrespective of how well articulated those expectations are, they color your day, your week and your tenure in your team.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
