Introduction (Libby)

Trust me, this isn’t going to be one of those boring introductions where someone drones on and on about who they are and what they do for fun. Now, without further ado, I’m going to tell you who I am and what I like to do for fun, WHILE INTRODUCING THIS BLOG.

I promise this will be as painless as possible, because I honestly hate writing this stuff as much as people hate reading it.

I’m Libby. I’m 18 years old and I am from Kansas. I graduated high school this year and I am attending college for photojournalism and Spanish. I don’t really do much. Now that I’m thinking about it, I think I should maybe go outside…

Anyway! I’m really not sure how to explain myself. I’ve tried blogging so many times, but I never had enough to write about without repeating myself constantly. However, I’m about to go through one of the biggest changes in my life, and at this point, I have a crap ton to write. Everyone needs an outlet.

Anyway. I’m kind of just a mess and you’ll get to know me throughout the stories I write.

So, to business. My best friend and I made the impulse decision to start a blog. It’s called 5andUp because as of now, we became friends 5 years ago, and still counting. Our “schedule” is going to look a little something like this.

• Wednesday — Entertainment
• Thursday — This Happened To Me
• Friday — Photography
• Saturday — Whatever The Hell We Want

I know this may seem super run of the mill and boring, but some crazy shit has happened to me, so watch out for Thursdays. As for being able to tell who’s writing what, I’m going to attach a picture of me on every story. That way you know who the hell is speaking so you don’t get us confused, it happens sometimes with writing.
