I totally get what you are saying. Reality is not everyone has those choices. At 17 I was on my own scraping up enough money to tour in a punk band living in a one room Studio with an iron board as a table. No parents to fall back on when money got tight. Yeah i had that wonderful freedom but I also had the common sense that one day I’d have to get in line and get stable.
