What age should parents talk to their children about Sex?

Talking to 14 year young's about sex is normal. We live in a generation where kids at the age of 12 think its okay to have sex. There is a lot of teen pregnancy, not necessarily within the age of 13 through 14 but in the years of 15, 16, 17 etc.. therefore Its a good idea for parents to talk to them about sex in order to prevent pregnancy around those ages. Young girls should not be worried about sex, but obviously we can not stop people from having interactions with each other. The best thing parents can do is talk to the kids whether they’re having sex or not so the kids can be aware of the consequences and how they will affect them. As young kids I know it is kinda awkward to talk to kids about sex but its better safe than sorry.

I am arguing that parents and even school should talk to young kids more about sex. Its not only about getting pregnant but there is a lot of disease that can go around. Most of them can be cure but not all, and even if they try to cure them, there can be a lot of side effects.
