6 4 60 Fitness Challenge
I have a history of overworking myself. Underworking seems to be a bit I don't know soft in my book. If your going to push towards a goal going the distance is crucial. I went from a fat, sleep-deprived, and McDonalds addicted body. To a slim marathon runner back to being fat again. It has been quite a roller coaster and I intend to come back.
This is where I am at now. In 60 days I will be 40lbs lighter and toned. That is what my target is for the 6 4 60 Fitness Challenge.

Hard to believe a year before I was at this level of fitness

Thats me when I finished my first full marathon weight 175lbs. The top one is me now and where I am starting this 6 4 60 Fitness Challenge at. Reason for my decline? At the end of the day excuses. Working crazy amounts of hours a week is no reason for me to have let myself go. It is tied down to my bad eating habits and lack of exercise at the end of the day. I am 100% responsible for this.
Completing an Ironman has always been my ultimate goal. What is an Ironman for those that don't know?

First, it consists of a 2.4-mile swim
Followed by a 112-mile bike ride
Topped by a full Marathon 26.2 miles
Oh and they are all completed the same day one after another
Why would any person want to do this? Personal answer for me. To test how far they could push themselves. Most people truly don’t realize what they are capable of. They hide from the truth and fail to grow from it because of it. Their lack of discipline, commitment, and direction. Are the areas this challenge seeks to focus on improving and maintaining. The truth will set you free.
The 6 4 60 Challenge is designed to help you stick and accomplish drastic results in the area of fitness in 60 days. It will unleash this inner power you have in you that is connected with love. What would you do if you had 60 days to change your LIFE? What would you do differently if your family, loved ones, or friends were looking up to you to do it?
Somehow mothers are able to lift cars when their babies are in a position of life or death. Where does this power come from. Love? How does one tap into this? That is what the 6 4 60 Fitness Challenge is about. It is about you being able to have the drive and motivation to go further than you have ever been able to before.
You do not have to pay anything to test it out because I am testing it out better yet I am giving it to you for FREE to the first 100 people who sign up. I start the test today. This is day 1 for me I have set up 3 different platforms to post daily from. Set up routines and diet. I want to show you the power of this challenge by doing it myself.
