What is the 6 4 60 Challenge?

Before I start let me tell you about myself. I am 24 years construct submarines during the morning and own a cleaning company during the afternoon. I work 50–80 hours a week and love fitness. I did wrestling, boxing, and track during high school. Have ran a couple half marathons and have completed a full Marathon. Completing a full iron man is goal I have set for myself in 2 years. Staying in shape has always been a rollercoaster. Fit to chunky and kind of fit. Back and fourth multiple times.

However with this idealogy I use in my business I have been able to gain successful results pretty fast. So then I thought what if I used it with fitness and made a system that sticks better yet add a deadline.

That is where the challenge orginated from.

Why did I make this challenge. Anyone that knows me, is aware I have this ideology that consist of consistent self improvement/relentless self development. I have had success with some methods but I didnt realize how valuable they could be together .

The 6 4 60 Challenge is the mixture of the ideology and years of fitness experience.

It is a fitness challenge designed to dig into you. It will create a solid template for you to build from by focusing on empowering your psych therfore allowing you to remain consistant and disciplined.

By reinforcing basic human instints and setting you what I like to call “Burn the boats” which us an ideology I got from Tony Robins. So that the choice to turn back becomes worse than that of moving forward day by day. This Challenge is one you will do physically yourself but with the support of a group going through the process at the same time you are, so that you can share your success and struggles. Seek help and guidance from our group members. To get help and input from your group as well as from family.

This ias about you reaching your goals living a longer and healthly life. I am on day 2 of the program and am going from 238lbs to 178lbs in 60 days.

The purpose of this challenge is not to low 60 pounds however. Its to set a deadline, a goal, and follow a strict extensive workout and diet. So that you can achieve the healthy and lifestyle you have always desired.
