Toasted Cucumber & Crab Sliders

Just in time for summer, this refreshing protein packed treat is sure to please . The perfect mid day snack or finger food for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber (8–10 inches long, aprox. 10 oz)
- 1/8 cup diced green onion
- 6 oz shredded crab meat (plain, un-marinated)
- 2 tbsp cup Toasted Sesame & Ginger Dressing (Litehouse Brand) • 3 tbsp fat free mayonnaise (Kraft)
- 2 tsp paprika
Directions
- Partially peel cucumber.
- Slice cucumber into one and a quarter inch pieces
- Spoon out seeds of cucumber shaping a bowl like pit(do not scoop all the way through center)
- Slice green onion into small pieces
- In a medium size bowl evenly mix crab meat, green onions, mayonnaise and dressing.
- Spoon crab mixture into bowled cucumber pieces
- Sprinkle paprika over top crab mixture.
- Serve chilled
