How to spend your Mornings(Lightens up Full Day)
It’s no surprise that everybody can’t wait to spend a day off after a tiring week. Normally this day is Sunday.There are two things wrong in the above argument.First:Why would somebody be so tired after spending 6 to 7 hours of rest each day that he or she wants a day off.Second:A moment spent in misery saying(tiring week)would haunt one on one’s deathbed.

So the only thing one needs to remember is our bodies are designed to hunt for days before eating or sleeping for days. Researched bone density of stone age people proves this:

Then how do we set our full day routine so that we stop craving for rest all the time.Lets take example from my own daily life routine up at 3'o clock in the morning feeling motivated towards my daily goals. Afterwards i drink water to remove lethargy because of water deficiency.Afterwards,I edit my YouTube Videos:

Moving on,Till 4'o o’clock I finish my editing and plan for the next YouTube video and believe me this is some real work. After bathing,I pray at 5'o o’clock which is more of a meditation to focus on The Only Creator ALLAH ALMIGHTY.Then I head towards sport ground top feast my eyes on the beautiful greenery and believe me it’s beautiful:
Till 7'o clock,I perform my calisthenics training(Body Weight Workout)and Film Videos with my team.Returning I eat my breakfast and start writing till 1'o o’clock with 10 to 15 minutes rest in-between.Everything (Struggle Based work)is finished till Lunch.
Concluding,If one notices, everything in this morning routine is a struggle to give me my ultimate success.Its a routine that motivates me and does not let me get tired of myself.It’s nothing but discipline,discipline and discipline. Off course,you can not start it right away but you can approach it step by step.Think like this you have to wake up early and be early can vary from person to person.Just start with a habit that is easy to stick to,keep it consistent.Now after at least 90 days or 3 months,wake up even earlier and propel you orientation of waking up towards a goal(any goal).Last step would be meditating to achieve your goal.Follow for more fellow readers.
