The God of the Sea

Poseidon is the god is the God of sea, and one of the most well known gods. He can control the sea, can create earthquakes, storms, and horses. Poseidons siblings where Hades, Demeter, Hestia, Hera, and Zeus. The children that he had where Neleus and Atlas. Poseidon’s parents where Cronus and Rhea

Poseidon’s weapon is the trident or the three pronged spear, as he was the god of the sea he was the protector of sailors that passed through the waters. As like Zeus, Poseiden was not swallowed by his father. Poeidon was was a violent god and a ill-tempered god and when it came to women with him, he was like Zeus not liked by them but they still hocked up with him. His symbols where the fish, horse, Dolphin, Trident, and the Bull his roman name was Neptune.

You have heard the story’s about Hercules you have also seen the movie about him but here is some more information about him. Hercules father is the powerful Zeus and his mother is Alcmene, his roman man is Herakle’s. When he was born Hera sent two witches to go and try to prevent the birth, but when that didn’t work she sent serpents to go and kill him but he strangled them both. Hercules symbols are the Nemean Lion, Bow and arrow, and the club. He had married Megara and had 5 children named Alexiares, Anicetus, Hyllus, Telephus and Tlepolemus.
