Learning how to achieve my goals…
I have discovered the importance of setting a goal and creating a plan to achieve the goal.
While I was participating in a step challenge at work, I set a goal to walk 20,000 steps a day for 5 days a week however I had a major problem, lack of time.
So I came up with a plan:
# Wake up earlier in the morning
# Walk from home to the station instead of driving
# Walk from a station 2 km away from the office instead of one 0.5 km away
# Walk for an hour at lunchtime
# Walk half way home from work
# Walk from the station home
# Enjoy every moment by sightseeing and listening to music
I found that some days I did more than 20,000 steps and some days slightly less but it worked.
