Your conclusion is a “might” statement? Anyone “might” die engaged in all sorts of activity. It is an abuse of reason to go from that to implicitly asserting that playing Pokemon go plausibly will lead to death sentence for a black man.

Countless times a day, a black person is 100% compliant and non-resistant with police officers, even if the police officers are being unreasonable, and the black person goes about their day unscathed. Asserting that there is a disproportionate this and that in no way goes to make the case that there is a plausible risk that playing the game will result in death. Furthermore, assuming there are disproportionate risks to being black in America, applying commonsense measures in dealing with authority when questioned etc., greatly mitigates the risk to that individual. If you are calm, don’t struggle, and are 100% compliant with an officer, you’re chance of getting killed in a police encounter is incredibly low.

You simply are not contributing to the discussion with garbage like this. Larger problems have been pointed out, and just repeating them and dragging completely tangential things into it, is not only about click-baity as it gets, it is irresponsible and harms our ability to critically hammer out actual solutions. Quit the damn melodrama, it is disgusting in the wake of actual injustice and harm.
