TIME IS KEY IN URBANISM
Reliable urbanism is fabricated over time. Our biggest blunder is critiquing an urban project in its nascent years. Urban projects are time absorbing; more time, more the merrier! A time-frame is essential for any project, but speaking of massive urban spectrum in which humanity thrives, it needs time.
Urbanism comes in many shapes and sizes. Any place can become urban if enough people move in; it needs time for people to move in.
First, by giving time we allow people to move in; which brings the industry and its production; employers, employees, all situated close and live near to the workplace they involve from; a process known as agglomeration.
Second, cities cluster people together, allowing information, facts, data and ideas to flow freely among concerns and coalesce to inspire new innovations.
And all these doesn’t happen in a day; but, we tend to think, in this hectic world, where is the damn time; Sure, but we can all remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day. So, time is the key to urbanism.
