There are over 8 million Californians that don’t have smart phones! AT&T is pushing to completely kill all land lines by 2020, leaving people like me without any communications. As a techie since the 1960’s, Smart Phones reminded me of Dick Tracy cartoons when I was a kid, so never bought into it or the Cloud — as anything more than another tactic to destroy the PC, just as cable has destroyed TV with its 1,000 channels of nothing.
