I agree that Western cultures tend to avoid thinking about death to an unhealthy degree, and that the idea of this simulated death experience is more interesting than wrong or unethical in and of itself.

But the fact that this is something companies are requiring their employees do is pretty suspicious. Especially when these are the same companies that have contributed to the suicide rates themselves with their unrealistic demands.
