A quick riddling thought about apps

Riddle me this. Why would anyone would download another video chatting app (Google’s Duo) , when folks are tied to either Apple’s FaceTime, Snapchat, Facebook Messenger, Skype or maybe, just maybe have the Google’s old app video messenger app Hangouts?

Too many choices for one to choose from and to convince your friends to download an app that you want to spin time in. Haha.
