WHY YOU SHOULD CONSIDER A DIGITAL MARKETING NANODEGREE

My job required me and some other employees to help spread the word of the brand we worked for to as many people as possible. This was something none of us knew how to do, but we thought it would be simple. Getting down to work, we realized that this was something much bigger than any of us, we became conflicted fast. The complication arose when I had a hard time trying to figure out if there was a way to maximize influence of our brand in an analytical way (I’m big on numbers and data in case you were wondering). I could spend hours on google trying to figure out how to get the numbers and feedback I needed, but all I would get was a bunch of products/services that offered to give you the numbers for a hefty price tag. So, I asked myself, which product/service should I use and why? The answer came when I was browsing and I found the Digital Marketing Nanodegree from Udacity. It looked quite simple and organized, it is also industry recognized and much cheaper and less time consuming then the other options out there. Plus, it showed me how to use social media and the software alongside it! I quickly got started and found myself enjoying the curriculum. I learned which software and services to use, how to use them, and all while learning to push my boss’s company forward. I can take these skills with me anywhere now and am grateful for Udacity’s services.
