How To Create a Personal Hell

Its not hard if you follow the steps.

  1. Believe nothing that happens to you is your fault-this makes you consistently blameless at all times.
  2. Be the first to cast blame-People, circumstance, fate, being unlucky, make sure your role is always of the victim.
  3. Practice learned helplessness- Live by the mantra of “it’s just the way I am”, regardless of how disadvantaged this makes you.
  4. Believe in fairness-life would be better if all the things more advantaged than you could be brought to heel for you to succeed (somehow).
  5. Obsess over obstacles-and if you cannot find them, create them. The more problems you can create, the more reasons for why your life lacks achievement .
  6. Repeat the past-over and over again, LIVE in it in fact. Life can only go backward if you never allow time to go forward.
  7. Envy-practice it & live by it. It will suck all the joy from your life when you realize the infinity of what you don’t have and never will.
  8. Be fearful-and avoid confronting it. Turn fear into a false virtue of seeing what is wrong in the world, not what is flawed in You.
  9. Share poison-the best friends are the ones that reinforce each other’s pathologies. Avoid anyone doing better than you.
  10. Wish life was easier-then you’d be doing better (somehow) and things would be more fair for you (somehow)
  11. Live by your emotional impulses-treat your feelings as truth, and use them to guide all your deciding. Filter all reasoning through your emotional responses.
  12. Be self righteous-all the time, about every bloody thing you believe. Nothing you think is fallible, ever. To even be questioned is to experience hate.

Live by the above, and the world will be your own personal Hades. Enjoy burning in it.
