Loved reading this. Love that this was your response to that ever so stereotypical liberally minded question. It’s asked with good intentions but the question itself is missing the most important point which the general public has yet to grasp: as a marginalized group, we are all extremely different people with very different “needs”. If we need anything as a group, it is to be let out of the box culture has built around us.
