I wonder if this could work in other fields. For example in social work (I believe the market is totally saturated but trying to keep my head up) how would you present a way of fixing “problems” or formulate a good pre-interview without a “problem” to fix. I’m thinking, if someone emailed me what would I share and how could a new hire propose a resolution.
