I do worry, however, that you’re falling into the same trap as with the original form of Rainway: trying to build too many features at once without perfecting the core experience, first.

Don’t get me wrong, Rainway is second only to Steam In-Home Streaming in terms of convenience and performance in game streaming. It would seem to me that it would be better to focus on finishing out all your plans for the streaming protocol before putting dev time into the Parties feature or game management functionality.

You guys obviously know what you’re doing, and I’m not really complaining or trying to tell you what to do with your own project. I just read all the new features and ideas, and I think about how feature bloat was a problem with the original application.
