How about lifting weights in regards to increased metabolism? I just started lifting the last six weeks and into week 7, and I’ve found I can eat much more and my body needs it and burns it. It seems if you’re mostly made of muscle, you can eat ‘whatever you want’ within reason and your body burns it. Obviously not horrible foods but a general whole food diet about 70–80% of the time and carbs and sugars the other times. I’d love your thoughts!
