We are seeking an Assistant Sales Licensing Coordinator for a very important client.

The Assistant Legal Coordinator will be responsible for collecting, verifying, submitting, and tracking the approval of sales licensing applications. This person will communicate regularly with new sales hires and their leadership to ensure that each is properly licensed in the jurisdiction in which they work.

This position will also require the individual to research jurisdictions nationwide for licensing requirements. This individual will have experience working independently and driving the execution of tasks as well as working with a team to assist in the completion of project deliverables.


- Creating and executing sales licensing procedures to ensure all applicable sales personnel are properly licensed at all times

- Educating new hires on the licensing requirements for their position

- Reviewing applications for completeness and accuracy prior to submission

- Submitting said applications and tracking their approval

- Supporting ad hoc projects, as needed, for the sales operations and compliance departments

- Researching solicitor requirements

- Document processing

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:


- Ability to work independently to drive results (both manage and execute projects) in a fast paced environment

- Previous office experience preferred

- Proven capability of managing multiple priorities effectively and efficiently with ability to perform under tight deadlines and demonstrate problem solving approach

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities

- High attention to detail

- Exceptional organizational skills and high detail orientation

- Excellent customer service skills required

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

- Proven skills in using Microsoft Office

- Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required

Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal screen. Additional pre-employment driving and drug screens may be required based on job responsibilities
