Enable all lines of business across the enterprise to fully leverage the power and capabilities of AI in a consistent and scalable manner.

Build and deliver core AI platforms for the enterprise, with a focus on Natural Language Processing (including chatbots and virtual assistants), and Machine Learning (including Deep Learning).

Help jumpstart utilization of these core AI platforms, this team will lead a small number of key projects in conjunction with various LOBs, to deliver real and meaningful functionality.

Assigned Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Manage a cross-functional project team; keep the project organized, focused and on track.

Collaborate with cross-function team Project Managers to track End to End status of the assigned initiatives.

Create and manage project plans, issue logs, manage action items, progress tracking scorecard and other project artifacts.

Conduct routine meetings and checkpoints to track progress, identify obstacles and ensure tasks are completed as needed.

Support executive reporting / steering committee meeting material development and delivery as needed.

Utilize MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Project, SharePoint.

Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Partner with cross-functional teams include Product, Technology, Operations, Implementations, Customer Service and others as necessary.

Preferred Skills:

PMP Required.

Knowledge/experience with managing AI projects in the areas of NLP or ML.

Candidates need proven experience in project management skills to manage large complex projects on an aggressive schedule.

Proven ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.

Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Organizational skills:

Candidate must be organized and be able to keep detail records of conversations, actions items, next steps, issues, etc.

Candidate will be called on to answer questions regarding status of requirements or communications plans at any time and must be able to rely on detailed records for the answers.
