We are seeking for a HR Analyst 1 for a very important client.

-The HR Service Center Analyst resolves HR issues escalated by lower level representatives for resolution back to the client. The position is aware of policies and processes supporting HR and HRIS work and has a working knowledge of all established policies and programs within HR. They may collaborate with the Centers of Expertise (COE’s) and external third party providers when necessary.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Analyzes, evaluates and resolves HR issues escalated by lower level staff members.

2. Supports HR transaction processing to ensure timely and accurate completion.

3. Support Recruiting organization by processing offers in the applicant tracking system

4. Runs and distributes sensitive reports which may include confidential employee information.

6. Performs other duties as assigned.

This position will work in the HR Service Center and will be specifically focused as follows:

-Recruiting Support

-Interview scheduling

-Offer letter generation

-ATS status updates

-Applicant travel arrangement support

-Recruiting expense processing

-New hire set-up/provisioning

-Onboarding/orientation

-Transaction processing — employee data changes, new hires, terminations, transfers

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

-High School Diploma and 6+ years of experience

-HRIS knowledge and experience is a must.

-General HR knowledge and experience is a must.

-Effective verbal communication skills

-Effective listening and reading comprehension skills

-Confident phone presence — Ability to multi-task, work independently and autonomously

-Ability to grasp information quickly and probe effectively when required

-Demonstrated problem solving and follow-through skills

-Computer skills and technical capabilities

-Effective time management skills and detail orientation

Experience Required: High School Diploma and 6+ years of experience
