We are seeking for a Training Coordinator for a very important client.

Schedules and administers training programs to ensure the availability of specific and qualified Trainers. Works closely with company’s Business project teams to document and manage training implementation requirements including classroom requirements, participant materials, facilitation materials, classroom size, location and schedule. Collaborates with boundary partners to ensure a smooth transition between Learning Operations, Learning Delivery, and company’s Business.

Consults with Learning Strategy and Curriculum Development on the implementation of short-and long-term workforce planning strategies and programs that are consistent with the company’s Business Product Roadmap. Manages multiple project schedules. Documents and delivers communication and change management plan.

Primary Responsibilities

1-Provides administrative support to the Curriculum Development function in Talent Management and Development

2-Schedules, coordinates and maintains training schedule, use of equipment, space and facilities

3-Point of contact for training programs and meetings to include facilities, A/V, virtual classrooms, etc.

4-Partners with appropriate departments to coordinate training activities to support company’s Business

5-Produces and distributes course schedules, processes registrations, and answers routine inquiries regarding courses and schedules

6-Assembles and distributes course materials and teaching aides, as required for each type of program

7-Prepares appropriate forms, correspondence, memoranda, reports and records regarding course attendance, feedback on programs, instructors, etc.

8-Initiates and writes communications to course participants, facilitators, and leaders including confirmations, cancellations, and pre-work assignments

9-Submits company’s University and Skill Port requests

10-Schedules WebEx sessions and coordinates trainer availability

11-Manages and requests printed training materials.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

-Bachelors degree

-2–5 years of experience as Training Coordinator

-WebEx

-Microsoft Office Suite

-LMS/HRIS

-Dept/Org Scope & Impact — Fully functioning support role having greater responsibility to perform all (or most) most of the standard work within the function; moderate impact to the department

-Problem Complexity — Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is not difficult or complex; Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor/manager
