That was the problem with my inner overthinker when I was younger, Bridgette. In the end, I can tell you it is a matter of experience and life lessons. The more you linger into listening to your inner overthinker, the more you will push yourself into your perfectionism and ahead, you will face the consequences of it, whatever they may be.

It is also a matter of time, which goes along with experience; people change over time, nobody makes an exception. You just have to reach the peak of what you are right now and then you will automatically jump into the upgraded version of yourself. This is the mechanism of life. I didn’t believe it when people told me about it, years ago, but now I see the world from another perspective.
