Coffee Shop Prophets Part IX

“Issues Like a Light Breeze”

Rectify and edify a new central intelligence

Based upon dissemination of knowledge and evidence

Imagining Farsi as a prevalence

Of refugee slaves designed to change precedence

My war torn adjustments will be the testaments

That the line between my soul and my parents’ sacrifice isn’t for sale

I remember my father died protesting amidst my mother’s hijab unveiled

The truth is explained when I emerge from freedom that I can believe

Activism ain’t shit but a heart relieved

Detailed fame of my survivor’s guilt

Traded for education on the house soul survivor’s built

Peace is my motto when I follow the analogy

Down from Mount Damavand’s drama to echo invisible reality –through the valley

It’s the lost ones that we unearth through our intensity
