CHANGE DOES NOT ONLY DO A BODY GOOD!

CHANGE. Everyone is obsessed with the idea of change. Those that are thinkers or innovators they are all obsessed or pushed with the idea of change. People who are dedicated to changing their eating habits they are dedicated to changing their diet, they change some of the things that they eat. People that might want to get a little more lean in the gym are always lifting more weights and increasing their reps so they can see those gains that they have been desiring with a protein shake to complete the process. Living in a world, especially a city where changing yourself is something that is what people always want to do but one of the hardest thing people want to do is to change their actions and their behavior. It becomes really hard for people to realize that changing your behavior and your actions can be a benefit to your success in life.

Think about it, this one thing that you struggle with daily and can not seem to shake this habit. When you begin to realize that this struggle makes you lose friends, it can make you lose your job, or even when it questions your walk with God it means that it is time to make a change. What is some of the things that you need to change? Always find time to sit back and thing about what are some of the things that can be holding you back from experiencing your greatest potential and figure out what is the best way to change that.

Drinking, Drugs, SEX can be three of the most detrimental things to our health mentally because when you do these three things obsessively it can ruin your relationship with people, your professional relationship and most importantly your relationship with God. For example, If sex is your issue and you are a person is an avid porn watcher you will eventually find that taking over your life and then you will eventually begin to not see people as humans but they become objects to your sexual fantasies. When you begin to have multiple sexual partners and that begin to be the norm for you then you will eventually find it hard for you to be alone. According to familyshare.com, “Over time, the pornography we first started viewing becomes mundane. We escalate to view things which we once would have considered as going too far or totally wrong. We feel increasing desire to do things which will damage our reputation and relationships.” It will separate you from reality and what they depict as unreal. This usually leads to multiple sex partners leaving you with the inability to really find real love. According to everydayhealth.com, “The truth, studies show, is that by age 44, the average man has had about seven sexual partners and the average woman has had four. About 33 percent of men and 9 percent of women report having more than 10 sexual partners in their lifetime. Having many more partners than average is considered a sexual health risk,” This exact thing can lead to health risk as well as emotional risk.
When people deal with their emotional risk they turn to drugs and alcohol which can alter their perception of the real world and change who they are.
Changing your mind is one of the biggest things because it allows you to take out the clutter which keeps you from seeing yourself the way God truly sees you. You will be able to move into your destiny without the distractions of life that will make you fall off of your path to success. I realized for myself that I have made plenty of mistakes and I am not happy about them. Some of those mistakes, I don’t even see how I am able to live with myself. I have had habits that I did not know how I was able to function in the real world. In the bible it says, “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” -Jermiah 29:11.

God has amazing plans for us and we all have a destiny and a future, a place where God has desired for us to be in order for us to reach our full potential to be in the place where God wants us to be. In order to face that full potential you have to make some changes. This week, I have deleted all social media from my phone: IG, Snapchat, and Facebook because those are the ones where I find myself looking into the lives of others feeling bad about my own life. Sometimes we have to disconnect ourselves from the world and from people just so we can continue to get our minds right and focused so God can elevate us and move us into the right path.
Love you, God Bless you!!!
