Thanks for this, super interesting. I totally agree, it is very much a hearts and minds piece and getting people on side is always super important. The most effective technique I’ve found is inviting people to watch any user research or usability testing session. I’ve not heard anyone say “oh that was a waste of time, I wish I hadn’t come to this” (unless they said it behind my back…) and people from across the business come out talking about new ideas and stuff they’ve learned.
