Lingering Garden: a historical garden

Last weekend, I went to Lingering Garden with my best friend, Michelle. We had a visit of Lingering Garden with the help of a professional tour guide. She told me a lot of details about Lingering Garden.

Suzhou is one of the famous cities which is well-known for its gardens especially Lingering Garden tour. Suzhou is an extremely easy place to travel. Between high speed trains and cheap flights, the entire city is conveniently accessible at relatively low cost. We visited all three parts on the last weekend. We had ordered a hotel near Lingering Garden in advance. The environments of the hotels around Lingering Garden were comfortable and quiet, so we didn’t afraid that we would be troubled.

Lingering Garden is a private garden that is classical and big. It represents the styles of Qing Dynasty whose architecture is famous and exquisite, hall is magnificent and courtyard is rich. Lingering Garden tours are well known for exquisite layout and various strange stones of the garden, being one of the four famous gardens.

I have already felt in love with it! In the Lingering Garden tour, I was not navigating in the dark and there were plenty of people to bump into. In addition to trip planning with the Internet and Google Earth, all we needed for a successful tour was common sense and courtesy.
