Are you ready to face your upcoming job interview? Do you have a job interview coming up? Are you prepared? Did you think your job interview is your first date? It’s a piece of correspondence introducing yourself to someone asking to make their acquaintance and if you are willing, help you find a job opportunity or meet other people in your desired industry. It’s important to be prepared to respond effectively to the questions that employers typically ask in an interview. They’re a polite way of getting your name in front of important people without infringing on their time. Since these job interview questions are so common, hiring managers will expect you to be able to answer them smoothly and without hesitation. You don’t need to memorize all of your answers, but do think about what you’re going to say so you’re not put on the spot during the job interview. Your responses will be stronger if you prepare in advance, know what to expect during the interview, and have a sense of what you want to focus on during your interview. Even if you aren’t able to recall the specifics of the answers you planned, simply knowing that you prepared will boost your confidence during the interview, help you minimize interview stress, and help you feel more at ease.

The question “How can you get your dream job? The first think In every fresh mind graduate and job seeker how I can get this query is to how I am learn from and how I can get experience and how I am asking the questions from professionals. To find out the answers of these questions, we (3 idiots friends) go to discuss our queries with the HR manager Ma’am Gehnna of Five River Technology (she have 12 year experience in hiring people and 7 year experience in IT industry hiring and Manage the 200+ employees with IT experts), she cleared a lot of our quarries, questions and confusions. It was pleasure to meet him and enlightened through his experience. I would share all these queries with their answers with the intention to help fresh graduates. What did you expect from a candidate in an interview?

First we take technical interview because we save the time for HR interview if candidate clear the technical interview then we call the HR interview. we expect the mind set and their skill set according to their expertise and how its style of working and it can be adjust in our team and its stability after the we take HR interview and check its confidence and its dressing and its mentally stability with their thoughts and there body language. Its interested and how much have active and energetic. We always prefer the most passionate and sparkling candidate who are interest and learn new thing and explore their experience things.

Your company hiring process?

The hiring process depend on job and their responsibilities. Some time we take first basic technical test and then interview and after that HR interview. Mostly of time we take only Technical interview and after HR interview after. Some time we take 2nd technical interview for clear more things and because the candidate have experience or not.

Your company criteria of selecting of candidate with their experience?

We check the candidate experience. In which area they work, how much have expertise what type of project they have done , which role they play in past projects, technical skills , command on their work, want to learn and explore new things , related to work have advance knowledge, problem solving skills. Time management and deliver on time and how they perform their activates? How much time spend in previous company?

What you think about IT professional candidate?

The IT industries peoples are very honest because they show their experience and they can’t lie because they know about their job and with job difficulties and about their knowledge. They feel they do batter from others and get maximum rewards.

If someone asked you question about company work and their working structures what you said?

When a candidate is selected then we tells about the company and their working structure and working timings we are not hide anything tell all thing as same level of all employee. And do same contract with all employee when a candidate selected.

Can you train your selected candidate?

We can train our employee if they have not much confidant and not have English skills we can improve these things. Check their team working.

Did you prefer skills on behavior of a selected candidate?

She said when a candidate selected then its probation time is started and probation time is consist of 3 month it’s like a try room where we can check the candidate behavior and personal skills and their working if candidate no show serious behavior and act as non-professional and create problems with exiting team and other members then we warn it and after 3 warns we fire the candidate.

Outcomes:

Through this meeting with HR we learn you are not ignored if you are interested in your dream job. You show as you are real not cover yourself with masking and make you real because you’re real behavior and your attitude is most important and your technical work ,your pervious work, you problem solving skills your research about new thing how many project you done in past experience, your working skills , how you handle the bugs and errors . You show your real experience, not show extra experience that you have not already done. Your skill and your past experience make you more confident. You interview id your first date and show your stability and passion about job.

We’ll definitely remember all these points and try to follow them during interview for making the difference.
