I agree, and this post does quite a bit of defending of men who are sometimes unfairly cast as sexist. But whenever I try to write about an issue women face, there’s always these guys who come in and say “but what about MEN?” and completely ignore the point of the thing. Like, okay talk about your stuff so I can read it and think about it (AND DO, BTW) but then you read my stuff and think about it and just don’t bring yourself up. Do you know how much I’ve read about men’s rights and have never once piped up but thought “hmmmm that’s a decent point, um that’s stupid, okay I get that, that’s lane.”
