I think that’s an excellent point and likely the future of jobs. I think it speaks to another harmful employment practice. We used to try and prepare students for the real world and lifelong employment by locating and channeling aptitude, which suggests a fixed mindset, instead of locating and channeling interest. Thus, we have an employment system where people like you are rare when people like you are the future of success most likely.
