These are really reasonable suggestions so I’m trying to understand why they ruffle my feathers. I think it’s because at the end of the day women act in certain ways because they’ve found them to be effective. I wouldn’t use a baby voice at work, HOWEVER I do with my husband because I am usually strong-voiced so it signals to him that I’m being vulnerable and he responds with that in mind. I just feel like we know what we’re doing.
