Jesus #Prays For Us

John 17:20–26

“My prayer is not for them alone, I pray also for those who will believe in Me through their message.” So Jesus’ prayer is for us to evangelize in the way that He has gifted us, spread the word, win souls, reach out to people.

“That all of them may be one #Father, just as You are in Me and I am in You.” Jesus wants us to be in unity with one another.

“May they also be in us so that the world may #believe that You have sent Me.” We need to reflect Jesus and the Father because They are one, so the world will see and believe.

“I have given them the Glory that You gave Me that they may be one as We are one.” True ability to be unified as the Father and Jesus.

“I in them and You in Me.” How absolutely magnificent! Think of it!

“May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that You sent Me and have loved them, even as You have loved Me.” Here Jesus truly shows how much we are loved, that the Father loves us as He loves Jesus, what could be better! Absolutely nothing!

“Father, I want those you have given Me to be with Me, where I am and to see My Glory, the Glory You have given Me because You loved Me before the creation of the world.” He wants to be with us always even when He is in His Glory and He wants us, yes us in that presence!

“Righteous Father, though the world does not know You, I know You and they know that you have sent Me. I have made You known to them and I will continue to make You known in order that the love You have for Me may be in them and that I MYSELF MAY BE IN THEM.” Totally Precious! Thank You Jesus, Thank You Father and Thank You that the Holy Spirit was sent to comfort us and teach us, so that we are NEVER alone.
