Awesome writeup on prioritisation Brandon, one thing I will like to add is that it also helps if we prioritise themes within a team like a customer experience team will have different themes they can work on : Monetization, Sales Support, Seller experience and so on. If we have prioritised a theme then the backlog items in the theme gets priority over others with comparable impact. This helps in not neglecting a theme for a long duration that can erode customer value in the long run
