Hahahaha. I was inclined to keep an open mind while reading, but then you went and claimed that CSS is one of the simplest and most reliable parts of the web development stack. This is beyond false. Anyone who has been working in the web game knows that CSS is a mess and until they fix the namespacing/one global scope for all mess, it is far from reliable.
