How to Automatically Display Medium Posts on Wordpress
WordPress for many people has always been the go-to platform for building their websites/blogs. At least till Medium came along to redefine blogging. Medium has made publishing easy and beautiful, but then what happens to those of us that already have running Wordpress platforms??
There has been numerous posts across the internet on ways to connect your Wordpress site with your Medium. Example of which can be found here.
These methods usually involve installing the Medium Plugin on Wordpress to allow you cross-post from your Medium so any post created on Wordpress can automatically be published to your Medium.
This was the method I embraced until recently when I got tired of doing that. Enough is enough. I decided to stick to Medium for blogging but I can’t abandon my Wordpress since I had my little profile on it. ̶S̶n̶e̶a̶k̶ ̶p̶e̶a̶k̶ ̶a̶t̶ ̶h̶t̶t̶p̶:̶/̶/̶w̶w̶w̶.̶a̶c̶e̶k̶y̶d̶.̶c̶o̶m̶ :) (No longer using WordPress).
The only way I could think of was to maintain my Wordpress website and display recent posts from my Medium in a beautiful and stress free way on it. This way I could always post on Medium, and still have it show up on Wordpress with a link back to the Medium article.
