I recently uninstalled all of my social media apps from my phone, and permanently blocked any notification that isn’t essential (phone calls, texts) and it feels like I’ve gotten 5 extra hours in my day.

There are way too many distractions out there, but once you get rid of them you can’t imagine going back to that noise.
