Thanks for the article James, I think we can all relate to waking up angry some days. Your comments about “listing the arguments to show them” is so relatable.
Giving seems to be the common theme behind the actions you took to pull yourself out of the “funk”. Sometimes a healthy dose of perspective works well too, I’ve found volunteering your time can leave you feeling just as happy and fulfilled. Schedule this regularly and notice the difference in yourself.
