I think it’s different for men vs. women. I’ve written several shoe reviews on here (see my profile), but for men, it’s probably more about researching the TTS.

In addition, since most of men’s shoes are closed (and men shouldn’t be wearing open-toed shoes, except for the beach and pool), we can always make adjustments with inserts, touch pad, heal pad, and/or thicker socks.
