Sleep is not for the weak.
Sleep is how you get better results, better performance, better health, and a better personality.
That is why I disagree with my manager (and the organisation at large) for perpetuating that we can get more work done by working 10–14 hours a day. Truth be told, half of that time is not on work but other activities. Might as well just cut down your hours to go home earlier and rest from the world of noise.
