Happier Update:

Mental Health

Right now in this happier post/moment, I’m gonna talk about what I got out of my appointment w/ Dr. Cherla. I first off talked about the outcome from Dr. Kao’s appointment, and near the end of that part, we decided (including for myself (as I’m old enough to make my own decisions for my health – physical, emotional and mental health) to share the stuff we talked about with him to Dr. Kao in an email and see what his reply is and same goes for my parents.

And then email him and if both believe its safe for me to start taking either the Prozac or another antidepressant that he (Dr. Cherla) reccemended, then I’ll email him and he’ll send the antidepressant prescription to the walmart pharmacy and will make sure to take it at dinner with food.

As the side effects are stomach aches, headaches like I experienced the first day I took the Prozac in July the following day where I went to Ripley’s aquarium in Toronto.

Anyway, I’ll always keep you all Happiers updated on this as it further progresses. I really do feel like taking the antidepressant would benefit for my mental health further than what I’ve done for it already myself without it. Other than the fact that it takes 4 weeks to see noticeable results.
