I’m amazed that Amazon hasn’t yet either killed off or just bought out Barnes & Nobles. I’m also glad that Amazon went for the Borders homage than replicating the best bookstore bar none: Powell’s, a Portland Oregon business landmark. (Which if you’ve haven’t been to, you really ought to make time to go next time you’re in Portland.)
