How To Register Your Headphones For Warranty
While you’ll probably never need to cash in on your two-year warranty, we always encourage our customers to register their headphones the day they receive them — just in case! Here are a few things you’re going to need:
- Your basic contact information (like your name and address)
- Your basic product information (like the headphone model and color)
- Your serial number (located on the bottom of the box or on your warranty claim card)
- Your proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email, or bank statement)

Not sure which address you should use? Choose where you’ll want your headphones to ship should you need to receive a replacement. If you’re located in US or Canada, your replacement will be sent through the postal service.
Once you complete your registration, you’ll be given a registration code. Keep this code in a safe place, as you’ll need it to file a warranty claim.
