The North American Bitcoin Conference was held in Miami in January 2018, where a warehouse robot, a robot arm, and a self-driving Jeep Rubicon SUV operated by Aitheon’s blockchain based platform were unveiled. Attendees who dropped by Aitheon’s display were able to use a Mechbot to pour themselves a beer.

Currently, Aitheon is implementing such robots to work in factories, coffee shops and in retail stores. The idea behind the platform is that remote workers will be able to generate extra revenue by directing robots to perform tasks too complex for AI or their programs.

What’s more from Aitheon?

Aitheon is in development of a completely automated store, similar to Amazon Go, a prototype of the store is likely to be unveiled later this year. More projects on automated parking systems, automated receptionists, automated payment systems, material handling, and logistics are also currently under production.
