Important Announcement to AKV Token Holders
The legacy AKV token contract will be replaced with a new official AKV token contract
The existing Akiverse legacy AKV contract will be replaced with a new official AKV token contract. This announcement covers everything that you need to know about these important changes to our governance token, and what AKV token holders need to do before 30th May 2022.
Why are we deploying a new AKV token contract?
In March we airdropped AKV tokens to all of our Game Center owners. After reviewing the airdrop internally, we have decided that AKV tokens eligible for airdrop should have been held until our Public Sale was completed.
The early distribution of a small amount of AKV tokens prior to our Public Sale is not fair for all token holders, particularly those subject to lock-up periods. A small amount of available supply in circulation (<0.005%) being actively traded also runs the risk of establishing a market that does not accurately represent the value of the AKV token.
In order to fix this problem, we need to replace the legacy AKV token contract with a new official AKV token contract and hold accumulated AKV tokens for Game Center owners until they can be distributed without having a negative impact on the project or token holders.
The existing AKV token contract will be referred to from now on as “legacy AKV” and the contract that replaces it will be referred to as “official AKV”, which will become the official governance token for Akiverse.
What does this mean for old AKV holders?
A total of 15,800 legacy AKV tokens were distributed to Game Center owners in March. After the tokens were distributed, token holders may have sent the tokens to different wallets, traded the tokens, held the tokens or added them to a liquidity pool.
In order to replace the legacy AKV contract with the new official AKV contract, we need to take a snapshot of the legacy AKV holders so that we can allocate official AKV tokens to the correct wallets. Active trading and liquidity pools make it difficult to take a snapshot of AKV holders. For this reason, we ask all legacy AKV holders to take the following actions so that we can take a clear snapshot:
- Stop providing liquidity to all DEXs
- Suspend trading AKV tokens on all DEXs
We intend to take the snapshot of legacy AKV holders on Monday 30th May 2022 after making this announcement. This time period will give legacy AKV token holders sufficient time to carry out the actions above.
Prior to taking the snapshot of legacy AKV holders, we will release more information about how we will be managing the future distribution of official AKV tokens. We assure you that your current AKV tokens will be preserved as new official AKV tokens.
We realize that this request and situation is very inconvenient for legacy AKV holders, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We are grateful for your support of Akiverse so far and we hope that you will continue to support Akiverse as the project grows.
How many new official AKV tokens will legacy AKV token holders receive?
We will calculate the number of new official AKV tokens that Game Center NFT and legacy AKV token holders will receive by taking 4 separate snapshots.
The first 3 snapshots will determine wallet holders for Game Center NFTs, and their corresponding AKV Airdrops, in March, April and May. Any wallet addresses that held Game Center NFTs on the snapshot dates for these months will be allocated new official AKV tokens accordingly.
Monthly AKV Airdrops are allocated according to the size of the Game Center NFT. Large Game Center NFTs are allocated 320 AKV tokens monthly, while Medium and Small Game Center NFTs are allocated 80 AKV and 20 AKV monthly respectively leading up to the official launch of Akiverse.
Snapshot 4 will determine wallet addresses that hold legacy AKV tokens on 30th May 2022. This snapshot is separate from the Game Center NFT snapshots, so legacy AKV token holders do not need to own a Game Center NFT to receive new official AKV tokens. Legacy AKV token holders will be allocated the same amount of tokens that they hold when the snapshot is taken on 30th May 2022 in new official AKV tokens.
Let’s consider 4 different scenarios for Game Center NFT and legacy AKV token ownership to illustrate the number of new official AKV that will be received:
- A Medium Game Center NFT holder since Game Center Sale 2 who didn’t trade any legacy AKV tokens
- A Medium Game Center NFT holder since Game Center Sale 2 who traded all legacy AKV tokens
- A Medium Game Center NFT holder who bought a Game Center in Game Center Sale 2, and then sold the Game Center NFT in early April, but didn’t trade any legacy AKV tokens
- A legacy AKV token holder who purchased 100 legacy AKV tokens, but does not own a Game Center NFT
The table below shows the number of new official AKV tokens that will be allocated in each snapshot for the scenarios above:
As part of the AKV contract replacement process from legacy AKV to new official AKV, we will be performing the snapshot of March Game Center NFT owners again. This means that Game Center owners will effectively receive the March AKV Airdrop twice as a bonus for the inconvenience caused by this contract replacement.

When will we distribute new official AKV tokens?
New official AKV tokens will be airdropped to their respective wallets following the completion of our Public Sale for the official AKV governance token for Akiverse.
We will continue to take monthly snapshots of Game Center NFT holders until our Public Sale and beyond up to the official launch of Akiverse. Snapshots will be taken on a different date each month, and if you own a Game Center NFT when the snapshot is taken, you will accumulate official AKV tokens accordingly.
Following our Public Sale of official AKV tokens, we will make an announcement to the community when the official AKV Airdrop is ready to go!

AKVトークン保有者の皆様への重要なお知らせ
近日中にAKVトークン（以下、AKV）のコントラクトを新たに置き換えさせていただくこととなりました。
新しくAKVのコントラクトを発行するに至った経緯
今年3月にGame Center NFTを保有されている皆様にAKVをAirDropさせていただきましたが、社内で協議した結果、後述の事由からAirDropはAKVのパブリックセール後に行うべきだという結論に至りました。
パブリックセール前にAKVの総発行量の内、ごく少量の割合のAKVを配布する事は今後AKV保有者に公平では無く、とりわけロックアップ期間付きのAKVを保有されている方々に対して不公平なものとなります。更に、総発行量の0.005%未満の流通量だけでAKVの価値を正確に表した市場は形成されないリスクも存在します。
この問題を解決するために私たちは今までのAKVのコントラクトを新しいAKVのコントラクトに置き換え、そのコントラクトをAkiverse公式のAKVとすることに決定いたしました。その際、旧AKVを保有されている皆様に不利益やこのプロジェクト自体に悪影響を与えない形で置き換えを行い、AirDrop対象の皆様へ配布が可能となるまでAkiverseが保管させていただきます。
これ以後、既存のAKVのコントラクトは旧AKVと表記し、旧AKVを置き換える新しいAKVを公式AKVと表記します。この公式AKVが今後Akiverseのガバナンストークンとなります。
旧AKVを保有されている皆様へのお願いと公式AKVの付与について
Game Center NFTを保有されている皆様へ3月にAirDropさせていただいた、旧AKV（合計15,800旧AKV）の一部が、付与後に異なるウォレット間での送受信、トレード、流動性提供されたりするなど様々な取引が行われております。
そのため、旧AKVを公式AKVに置き換えさせていただく際、旧AKVを保有されているウォレットのスナップショットを控えさせていただき、そのスナップショットに基づいて公式AKVをそれぞれのウォレットに配布させていただきます。
しかしながら、その際に旧AKVの取引を行ったり、流動性提供が行われてしまうと、正確に旧AKVを保有するウォレットのスナップショットを撮ることが困難となり、正常に公式AKVを付与させていただくことができなくなるため、旧AKVを保有されている皆様へ、以下のお願いをさせていただきます。
・全てのDEXにおいて流動性提供を停止
・全てのDEXにおいて旧AKVのトレードの停止
旧AKVを保有されている皆様へ、上記のお願いをご確認、ご実施いただくために十分な時間的猶予を取らせていただいた上で、2022年5月30日（月）にスナップショットを控えさせていただく予定でございます。
旧AKVを保有されているウォレットのスナップショットを控えさせていただいた後に、公式AKVのAirDropに関する情報を公開させていただきます。なお、必ず皆様が保有されている旧AKVの資産価値が損なわれない形で公式AKVを付与させていただくことを保証させていただきます。
今件に関しまして、旧AKVを保有されている皆様へ大変なご不便とご迷惑をお掛けすることとなってしまい、まことに申し訳ございません。心よりお詫び申し上げます。

旧AKVを保有している方で、受け取れる新しい公式AKVの詳細について
Game Center NFTと旧AKV保有者が受け取る新しい公式AKVの数量は、4つのスナップショットを元に算出させていただきます。
最初の3つのスナップショットにて、3月、4月、5月のGame Center NFTとそれに対応するAKV AirDropsのウォレットホルダーを確定させていただきます。これらの月のスナップショット時にGame Center NFTを保持しているウォレットアドレスには、それに応じて新しい公式AKVが割り振られます。
毎月のAKV Airdropsは、保有されているGame Center NFTのサイズに応じて割り当てられます。ラージサイズのGame Center NFTには毎月320 AKVが割り当てられ、ミディアムサイズには毎月80 AKV、スモールサイズのGame Center NFTには20 AKVがAkiverseの正式ローンチに至るまで割り当てられます。
4回目のスナップショットでは、2022年5月30日に旧AKVを保有するウォレットアドレスを確定させていただきます。このスナップショットはGame Center NFTのスナップショットとは異なり、旧AKV保有者が新しい公式AKVを受け取るためにGame Center NFTを所有している必要はありません。旧AKVトークン保有者は、2022年5月30日のスナップショット取得時に保有しているトークンと同量のトークンを新しい公式AKVにて割り当てる予定です。
以下に新しい公式AKVの受け取り数の参考例を記載いたします。
1. 2回目のGame Center NFTのセール時点からミディアムサイズのNFTを保有し、旧AKVの取引などを行っていない方。
2. 2回目のGame Center NFTのセール時点からミディアムサイズのNFTを保有し、すべての旧AKVトークンを取引した方。
3. 2回目のGame Center NFTのセールでGame Center NFTを購入し、4月上旬に売却し、旧AKVは取引せず、ミディアムサイズのGame Center NFTを保有されている方
4. 旧AKVを100枚購入したが、Game Center NFTを所有していない旧AKVを保有されている方
下の表は上記の各パターンにて、各スナップショットで新たに割り当てられる公式AKVの数量を記載しております。
なお、今回の旧AKVから新しい公式AKVへのコントラクト移行にて、3月にGame Center NFTを保有されている方のスナップショットを再度取得させていただきます。これにより、Game Center NFTを保有されている方は、このコントラクト移行によるご不便とご迷惑に対するお詫びとして、3月のAKV AirDropを実質2回受け取っていただくこととなります。
なお、特定のパターンに対して、新しい公式AKVの数量をご確認されたい場合は、弊社チームまでご連絡くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
新しい公式AKVの配布時期に関して
新しい公式AKVはパブリックセールが終了した後、それぞれのウォレットへAirDropさせていただく予定です。
Game Center NFTを保有されている方のスナップショットはパブリックセールまで、またそれ以降に控えるAkiverseの正式ローンチまで、毎月不定日に取得させていただきます。スナップショット取得時にGame Center NFTを所有されている場合、それに応じた公式AKVが蓄積されます。
公式AKVのパブリックセール後、公式AKVのAirDropの準備が整い次第、コミュニティのみなさまへお知らせさせていただきます。
